iPhone 18 Pro Giveaway — Official Rules
Entered on Instagram or Facebook? Send us the entry form by December 20, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, so we can confirm your entry. In store or by mail, you do not need the form.
1. Sponsor
The iPhone 18 Pro Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by ELECTROProz LLC, 15460 NW 77th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33016, (305) 766-2591 (“Sponsor,” “we” or “us”).
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you acknowledge that, and you release Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability relating to this Giveaway. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Giveaway; iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.
2. Who may enter
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Miami-Dade County or Broward County, Florida, who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Employees of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children and siblings, and each of their spouses) and household members of each employee, may not enter. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 20, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Mailed entries must be received by December 19, 2026. Sponsor’s clock is the official clock of the Giveaway.
4. How to enter — no purchase necessary
Each person may have one (1) entry in the Giveaway, no matter how many ways, or how many times, they enter. Enter any one of these ways:
- In store, with a transaction. Complete any transaction at our Miami Lakes shop during the Entry Period — a repair, a product sale, a buyback or a diagnostic — and staff will record your entry if you do not already have one.
- In store, free. Ask at the counter during opening hours. No purchase or transaction is needed. Staff record your name, phone number and county of residence.
- By mail, free. Hand-print your full name, phone number, county of residence and the words “iPhone 18 Pro Giveaway” on a 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: ELECTROProz iPhone 18 Pro Giveaway, 15460 NW 77th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. One card per envelope. Mailed entries must be received by December 19, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or misdirected mail.
- Instagram. Follow @electroproz, share the giveaway post to your Instagram story tagging @electroproz, and tag three (3) people in the comments of the giveaway post. Then submit the entry form with your Instagram handle. Your story must be visible to @electroproz for the entry to be verified.
- Facebook. Follow the ELECTROProz Facebook Page and comment on the giveaway post. Then submit the entry form with your Facebook profile name. Sharing the post is not required and is not a way to enter.
If you enter more than one way, or more than once, you still have one entry; any further entries are disregarded. Before the drawing, the list of eligible entries is de-duplicated by phone number, so each person appears on it only once. Every eligible entry has the same chance of being drawn, whichever way it was made. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
5. Entries that do not count
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete or illegible, made by automated means, made under a false identity or with more than one account, or that otherwise breaks these rules. Disregarded and disqualified entries are recorded, but they are not in the drawing.
6. Prize
One (1) prize: one (1) new, unlocked Apple iPhone 18 Pro, base storage (256 GB), in a colour Sponsor chooses. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,199, based on Apple’s U.S. price for that model when these rules were published; the actual value may differ. The prize carries the manufacturer’s warranty only. Wireless service, accessories, AppleCare and setup are not included.
- No cash in place of the prize, and the prize may not be transferred. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
- All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. Because the prize is worth $600 or more, the winner must give Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving it, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV.
7. Drawing and odds
On December 21, 2026, Sponsor will draw one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing is held live on Instagram at @electroproz, using a computer random-selection tool on the exported list of eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. The winner
The potential winner is announced during the live drawing and then contacted only from Sponsor’s official accounts — Instagram @electroproz, the ELECTROProz Facebook Page, or our shop number (305) 766-2591. We will never ask you for a payment, a fee, or card or bank details to claim the prize. A message that does is not from us; please report it to us.
- To claim the prize, the potential winner must come to our shop at 15460 NW 77th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33016, during opening hours, within 7 days of the drawing (by December 28, 2026), and show a valid government-issued photo ID that shows they are 18 or older. If the ID does not show a Miami-Dade or Broward address, the winner must also show a current document that does, such as a utility bill or lease.
- If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not claim the prize in time, is not eligible, or does not follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn the same way from the remaining eligible entries.
- Sponsor will use the winner’s name, photograph or likeness to announce or promote the Giveaway only with the winner’s written permission (Florida Statutes §540.08). Saying no does not affect the prize.
9. Your information
Entry records — name, phone number, county and, for a social-media entry, the account used, plus the version of these rules accepted on the entry form — are kept as the record of the drawing and are used only to run the Giveaway and to contact the winner. Entering is not consent to marketing. We will not send you offers, tips or text messages because you entered; your phone number is used only to tell entrants apart and to reach the winner. 10. General conditions
- By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on every matter relating to the Giveaway.
- If fraud, a technical failure or anything else beyond Sponsor’s control affects the fair running of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or change it, and may draw the winner from the eligible entries received before that happened. Sponsor is not responsible if Instagram, Facebook or our website is unavailable, or for an entry lost or delayed because of it.
- By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor from liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from the prize or from taking part, except where the law does not allow it.
- The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway must be brought only in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
- These Official Rules are posted in our shop and at electroproz.com/giveaway (in Spanish at electroproz.com/es/sorteo). If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
11. Winner’s name
For the winner’s name, ask at the counter or write to Sponsor at the address above after December 21, 2026 and no later than February 19, 2027.
