Microsoft's own repair route swaps consoles or whole boards, because that's what their process allows — it isn't set up to fix one broken component.
That's the gap we fill. Ports, power sections and cooling get repaired at component level, which costs a fraction and means you keep the console you already have.

Which Xbox have you got?
Series X
Power supply is built in, so a dead Series X is a board or PSU job rather than a cheap brick swap. Big heatsink, and it packs dust.
Series S
Small case, tight strip-down, and it runs hotter than people expect for its size. Same faults, a bit more work to get at.
Xbox One / S / X
Older, and the external power brick on the original One is a classic failure — often the cheapest fix in the shop.

Usual questions
Microsoft offered me a replacement console. Should I take it?
Depends what you'd lose. A replacement is a different machine — a repair keeps yours. Worth getting our diagnostic first so you're choosing between two real numbers.
Are my games and saves safe?
Yes. Nothing we do to a port, the power section or the cooling touches your drive, and your saves are in the cloud regardless.
Do you fix Elite controllers?
Yes, and they're well worth repairing — a port or stick job is a small fraction of a new Elite.
