New, refurbished or used?
Refurbished
We've replaced whatever needed replacing — usually the battery, sometimes the screen — and brought it back to as-new. The sweet spot for most people.
Used
Good honest second-hand, tested and graded. You'll be shown the marks and told the battery health before you decide.
Accessories
Cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers, controllers and headsets — including the decent cables, not just the cheap ones.

When does the online store open?
It's being built now. Everything we stock is available in store or over the phone in the meantime — call (305) 766-2591 and we'll tell you what's on the shelf and hold it for you.
What's the difference between refurbished and used?
Refurbished means we've replaced whatever needed replacing — usually the battery, sometimes the screen — and it's back to as-new. Used means a good honest second-hand device that passed testing, graded and priced accordingly. Both are tested and both carry a warranty.
Do you sell brand new devices as well?
Yes, sealed and new alongside the refurbished and used stock. Which one makes sense depends on your budget and how long you're keeping it, and we'll tell you straight rather than pushing the dearer option.
Are the phones unlocked?
Most are. We'll tell you the carrier status of anything before you buy — ring ahead with the model and we'll check it so you don't make the trip for nothing.
Can I trade my old device in?
Yes. We buy phones, tablets, laptops and consoles working or broken, and the offer can come straight off whatever you're buying. See buyback.
