No. Screens, batteries, ports and glass don't go near your storage. If your phone is dead and the photos are the reason you're here, say so when you drop it off and we'll work to that.
Are the parts genuine?
We fit premium soft-OLED screens as standard — same display technology as the original — and we can get genuine Apple parts in if you'd rather. You'll be told which you're getting and what each costs. We won't call something original when it isn't.
How long does it take?
Most screens and batteries are same day, often while you wait. Board repairs are a couple of days because they're bench work.
