Terms of service
These terms apply when you use electroproz.com or bring, ship or sell a device to ELECTROProz, 15460 NW 77th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. By requesting a quote, booking, mailing in a device, or leaving a device with us, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
- Instant online quotes are based on the device and issue you describe. If the device matches your description, the quoted price is honored.
- If our inspection finds a different or additional fault, we contact you with the exact price before any work is done. You can decline and walk away.
- Quoted prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout or payment.
Diagnostics
Diagnostic work is quoted up front. For mail-in repairs, the $59 diagnostic covers a full board-level diagnostic and shipping both ways, and is credited toward your repair if you proceed. Diagnostic fees are not refundable once the diagnostic has been performed.
Online booking discount
Booking online takes $10 off your repair. One discount per repair; it cannot be combined with other per-repair discounts unless we say otherwise.
Mail-in repairs
- You may use our prepaid kit ($15, non-refundable once shipped) or your own box with the prepaid label we email you.
- Pack your device per the instructions we send. We are not responsible for transit damage caused by inadequate packing in customer-supplied boxes.
- Register your device (model, IMEI/serial, passcode for power-testing) so work can start when it arrives.
Turnaround
Repair times we give (for example, "same day" or "1–3 business days") are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Parts availability can affect timing; we keep you updated.
Your data, your backup
Repairs can occasionally cause data loss. Back up your device before any repair. We are not responsible for loss of data, apps or settings. (Our data-recovery service is quoted separately.)
Payment and pickup
- Payment is due when the repair is complete, by card (processed securely by our third-party payment processor), in person, or by phone.
- Devices left unclaimed for 60 days after we notify you that the repair is complete may be treated as abandoned and sold or recycled to cover costs, to the extent permitted by Florida law.
Buyback and trade-in
You must be the lawful owner of any device you sell or trade in. A valid government-issued ID is required, and devices must not be reported lost, stolen, or financially locked. Buyback offers are based on the condition we verify on inspection.
Warranty
Repairs include a 90-day warranty — see our Warranty policy for exactly what is and isn't covered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair or, where required, the fair market value of the device.
Dispute resolution & arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to take part in a class action.
Talk to us first. Most issues are solved with a quick call. Before starting arbitration, you agree to first contact us at (305) 766-2591 or 15460 NW 77th Ct, Miami Lakes, FL 33016, and to give us 60 days to resolve the matter informally.
Agreement to arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and ELECTROProz agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or any repair, sale, buyback, or service — except as stated below — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by phone or video where the rules allow. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class-action waiver. You and ELECTROProz agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here stops you from reporting a concern to a government agency.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing admin@electroproz.com with your name and the words "arbitration opt-out." Opting out will not affect your repair or any other part of these terms.
If part is unenforceable. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court; the rest of this section still applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
