Our text message program

We text you about your repair — appointment confirmations, quotes, a note when your device is ready, and replies to questions you send us. That is the whole program. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you join

There are two ways, and both start with you.

  • You sign for it at our counter. When you check a device in we show you the full disclosure on screen, you enter your own mobile number, and you sign. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or repair.
  • You text START, UNSTOP, YES or SUBSCRIBE to (305) 614-4645. That is our texting number. Sending one of those words from your phone opts you in, and it opts you back in if you had stopped before.

You tell us at check-in how you would like to hear from us, and we use the way you asked.

How you stop

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message we send you and we stop immediately. You do not have to explain, and it takes effect on our side the moment it arrives — nobody has to read it first.

Stopping texts does not affect your repair. We can still reach you by phone or email, and you can call us any time.

How to get help

Call us at (305) 766-2591. A person answers — we would rather talk to you than trade keywords. If you text (305) 614-4645 for help, this is the reply you will get:

How often we text

Message frequency depends on your repair — most people get a handful: a confirmation, a quote, and a note when the device is ready. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number

Your mobile number is used to reach you about your repair and nothing else. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.
