Will the drift come back?
Not from the same cause — the worn part has gone. Sticks are wear items, so heavy use will eventually wear a new one too, but you're back to normal for a good while.
Can you fix sticky buttons and dead triggers as well?
Yes, and it's usually the same visit. Tell us everything that's annoying you about it when you drop it in.
