Nintendo Switch screen replacement

Usually a corner drop or something heavy in the same bag. Which model you have changes the job quite a lot.

Glass-only where possibleOLED assemblies tooTouch tested across the panel Most repairs same day

On the standard Switch the glass and LCD are separate layers, so sometimes only the glass needs doing. On the OLED it's one bonded assembly and has to be replaced as a unit.

Which model

Three different jobs

Standard Switch

Glass and LCD are separate. If only the glass is broken and the display underneath is fine, that's the cheaper repair — we'll check before quoting.

Switch OLED

Bonded assembly, so there's no glass-only option and the part costs more. We'll confirm the price before you commit.

Switch Lite

Smaller and tighter to work in, but a routine job. Often comes in alongside stick drift on the same console.

Useful

Two questions

The screen is black but it plays fine on the TV.

Classic sign the panel or its connector has failed while the console itself is healthy — usually a straightforward fix.

Is only the glass broken, or the screen underneath?

That's exactly what we check first, because on a standard Switch it changes the price meaningfully. Bring it in and we'll tell you.

Cracked screen?

Bring it in — on a standard Switch it might only be the glass.
